2022 LEDGE Adams Ranch Vineyard Rosé

Picked for the purpose of rosé in September 2022, whole cluster bladder pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel. Farmed on the sandy clay loam blocks at the Ledge estate in the Willow Creek District AVA of Paso Robles. 70% Grenache, 30% Cinsaut and 12.5% ABV.

This has all of the benchmarks of a Provence style rosé; fresh, aromatic, clean and absolutely delicious.
